Our organization provides chronic care management (CCM) and remote patient monitoring (RPM) services to patients across the U.S. Our staff works entirely remotely.
Role Overview / Mission
This role exists to lead the development of a comprehensive, structured training framework for our remote nursing team. The goal is to design and document a program that ensures consistent onboarding, preceptorship, mentorship, and ongoing training. This involves building a scalable and effective training framework tailored to remote clinical staff in a call-center environment, defining structured learning phases, and equipping our internal team with tools, templates, and an implementation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct training needs assessment and gap analysis.
* Design a multi-phase clinical training framework.
* Create role-specific learning paths and milestone maps.
* Develop templates for onboarding, checklists, preceptor guides, and evaluation tools.
* Recommend strategies for remote engagement and adult learning.
* Outline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness.
* Present final deliverables with knowledge transfer to our internal training team.
* Guide our team on best practices for adult learning and remote training delivery.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* Proven experience in instructional design, clinical education, or healthcare workforce training.
* Familiarity with nursing workflows, particularly in remote or call center settings.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and remote learning engagement.
* Ability to create practical, user-friendly training materials and templates.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience working with small companies or start-ups.
