Role Overview / Mission
This role is for a contract Marketing Writer. The person in this position will create persuasive written content, adapting tone and style for different audiences, with the goal of driving audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop clear, engaging, and original content for marketing campaigns, blogs, social media, newsletters, and website copy.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice and strategy.
* Conduct research to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and originality of all written material.
* Edit and proofread content to maintain high quality.
* Optimize written content for search engines and digital platforms.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* Proven experience as a Marketing Writer, Copywriter, or Content Writer.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and formats.
* Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization (SEO).
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback.
Location & Work Setup
This is a flexible remote working arrangement.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will be competitive contract terms based on experience.
