Role Overview / Mission
This role aims to manage IT projects, provide infrastructure support, and facilitate communication as a bilingual bridge between our Japan and US offices. We are seeking a project manager with a background in infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Linux environments.
- Serve as a primary communication bridge between Japan and US offices.
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee patch management and issue tracking.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.
- Demonstrated background in infrastructure support.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Linux environments, including the use of SSH and command-line tools.
- Experience with system migration projects.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in the banking or finance sector.
- 5 years of experience consolidating program documentation.
- 5 years of experience developing master program schedules.
- 5 years of experience generating program status reports.
- 5 years of experience tracking project progress.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Location & Work Setup
This is a fully remote position.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate is $60.00 – $65.00 per hour. This role is available for full-time employment or as a long-term contract (1-2+ years).
