Role Overview / Mission
This part-time role as an Outbound Call Center Agent exists to reach out to potential clients and promote services.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote services.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
* Communicate effectively with clients to establish rapport and demonstrate the value of offerings.
* Share feedback and observations from conversations to enhance outreach strategies.
* Provide customer service throughout the process to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* 2 years of experience in sales or cold calling environments.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience or a background in real estate.
Location & Work Setup
This is a part-time, remote position.
Compensation & Benefits
* Pay: $20.26 – $25.14 per hour
* Benefits include casual dress and the ability to work from home.
