Role Overview / Mission
The Marketing Manager will play a central role in delivering impactful campaigns and supporting the continued success of Broadridge Advisor Solutions. This position involves managing key campaigns that raise awareness and interest for new advisor marketing products and add-ons. The role works cross-departmentally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to support the adoption and retention of key solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* **Messaging & Positioning:**
* Craft messaging and positioning that differentiates offerings and resonates with target buyer personas.
* Create collateral and other marketing materials (e.g., videos, product webpages) with marketing, sales, and business teams to communicate product benefits.
* Execute marketing campaigns to promote capabilities and communicate with stakeholders.
* **Campaign Development & Execution:**
* Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, PR, events).
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
* **Digital Marketing & Online Presence:**
* Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online visibility and engagement for Broadridge Advisor Solutions.
* Work with client service, sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and market alignment.
* Report regularly on marketing performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders.
* **Target Audience & Research:**
* Contribute to understanding buyers, their purchasing behavior, and key purchasing criteria.
* Analyze the competitive landscape and how competitors are positioned.
* Work cross-departmentally to compile proof points and research that demonstrate the value of key marketing solutions.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* University or college degree in business or a marketing-related field (e.g., PR, Advertising, Marketing & Communications).
* 4+ years of marketing experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven track record of success in marketing with measurable results.
* Analytical skills and experience bringing products to market.
* In-depth knowledge of marketing and design tools (e.g., Hubspot, MailChimp, Wix, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Location & Work Setup
This is a remote role, working off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly wage for this position is 40-45 CAD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate’s final salary, including relevant experience, skills, and education.
