Role Overview / Mission

This role is for a Copy Editor to join the remote Copy team, contributing to the mission of providing world-class full-funnel revenue marketing solutions. This is a long-term partnership focused on delivering high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit various content types, including blogs, sales copy, and long-form content, spanning over 800 industries.
* Produce content for over 5,000 publishers and clients.
* Conduct research to understand topics and communicate them clearly to target audiences.
* Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
* Troubleshoot, solve problems independently, and take accountability for assigned projects.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Bachelor’s Degree.
* GPA above 3.4.
* Part-time, summer job, or internship experience.
* Exceptional writing and communication skills.
* Strong passion for writing and research.
* Professional, dependable, and independent work ethic.
* Self-motivated with a focus on results.

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time, fully remote independent contractor position, requiring 40 hours of availability per week. The role offers flexibility in daily schedule and location, provided you have a reliable internet connection, laptop, and comfortable workspace.

Compensation & Benefits

* **Compensation**: Hourly rates start between $18 and $21, equivalent to an annual income of $42,000 to $46,000, with potential for higher rates based on experience.
* **Bonuses**: Up to $1,000 in annual performance bonuses.
* **Monthly Stipend**: A monthly stipend of $200+ to support remote work expenses (e.g., internet, home office).
