Role Overview / Mission
This full-time remote role as an Advertising Commissioned Sales Representative exists to drive revenue growth by selling Monetize More’s AI advertising products. The mission is to acquire new advertising partnerships with brands, agencies, and media buyers, particularly within the APAC and Canada regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing advertising partnerships.
* Position advertising solutions to meet client return on investment goals and drive measurable growth.
* Develop and present tailored strategies demonstrating campaign effectiveness.
* Create and implement go-to-market plans to secure advertisers in APAC and Canada.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Ad Operations, and Product teams to refine offerings and ensure campaign delivery aligns with client expectations.
* Develop a strong pipeline of advertisers, agencies, and channel partners in target regions.
* Conduct presentations to highlight how the company’s ad solutions outperform competitors in efficiency, reach, and return on investment.
* Maintain accurate sales projections to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
* Build long-term relationships with agencies, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and brands to increase recurring ad spend.
* Provide market insights on ad formats, especially video ads and programmatic buying, to inform product direction.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* 2–4 years of proven success in selling digital advertising across formats such as video ads, programmatic, display, and connected TV (CTV).
* Understanding of ad technology, including DSPs, supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad exchanges, ad networks, and publisher dynamics.
* Ability to connect value to key performance indicators like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value.
* Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and C-level education skills.
* Competitive drive combined with an ability to thrive in a team environment.
* Problem-solving skills to assess advertiser goals and map campaigns to deliver measurable return on investment.
* Native fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi (India), Urdu (Pakistan), Indonesian, Filipino (Tagalog).
* Existing network of advertiser and agency contacts in the APAC and Canada regions with the ability to expand it.
* Technical understanding of ad technology, attribution, tracking pixels, and campaign optimization.
* Ability to work independently and remotely.
* Current knowledge of ad industry trends, particularly in video and programmatic sales.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience working at a startup, ad network, or agency.
Location & Work Setup
This is a full-time, 100% remote position.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is commission-based, calculated on revenue generated from new client acquisitions and paid monthly:
* Up to $10,000 monthly revenue: 10% commission.
* $10,001 to $25,000 monthly revenue: 12% commission.
* $25,001 to $50,000 monthly revenue: 15% commission.
* Over $50,001 monthly revenue: 18% commission.
