Role Overview / Mission

This role seeks a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with creative execution and takes full ownership of results. The individual will be passionate about data tracking, conversion rates, and dashboards, enjoy testing creative campaigns, and be able to brainstorm large-scale ideas. This position requires someone adept at both crafting long-term strategy and executing daily tasks, skilled in the art and science of marketing, and capable of collaborating with a visionary leader to realize impactful ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement a marketing strategy to scale Pause Breathwork globally.
  • Develop creative campaigns, offers, and experiences designed to highlight breathwork.
  • Track, measure, and optimize all stages of the marketing funnel, using data to inform decisions and outcomes.
  • Generate leads for high-ticket programs, ensuring the message aligns with the company’s mission.
  • Manage and execute the company’s SEO strategy to achieve consistent growth in traffic and search visibility.
  • Oversee and collaborate with the paid media buyer to align campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize return on investment across various channels.
  • Balance strategic vision with tactical execution, from brainstorming ideas to ensuring CRM tags function correctly.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to program enrollment.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Experience in direct response digital marketing and high-ticket sales funnels.
  • A strong affinity for data, including reporting, analysis, and optimization for improved results.
  • Demonstrated ability in creative storytelling that makes marketing human, engaging, and inspiring.
  • Leadership skills to drive projects forward and collaborate effectively within a remote team.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • A passion for wellness, personal development, or healing. Experience with breathwork is a bonus.

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time, fully remote position. The offer is available from Canada. The team operates remotely across the globe.
