Role Overview / Mission

The Growth Marketing Manager leads a team of performance marketers and acts as the primary marketing strategist for Client Accelerators’ clients, driving their business growth. This role involves identifying solutions to complex business growth challenges and providing strategic direction to both the team and clients. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate directly with the CEO on strategizing new sales funnels, developing copy, managing media buying, and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

* **Team Leadership:** Hire, build, and lead a team of media buyers, copywriters, videographers, business intelligence specialists, and account managers. Develop existing leaders, delegate tasks, and foster team growth. Accountable for achieving team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals.
* **Funnel Strategy & Execution:** Strategize, develop, and launch new marketing funnels for top clients, including low ticket straight sale, webinar, and call funnels. Work with project managers to ensure timely funnel launches.
* **Talent Management:** Assist the HR department in forecasting hiring needs for the team, collaborating on talent placement, onboarding, and training for new Media Buyers.
* **Client Strategy & Objectives:** Continuously improve client metrics through monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reviews. This includes analyzing campaign performance, lead conversion, customer database growth, and pipeline growth. Achieve 90% of client growth KPIs, including forecasting profit, ROAS, booked calls, and overall spend for current and new clients.
* **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Monitor key performance indicators for the team and make data-backed adjustments to reach targets. Track and report weekly on bonus pacing.
* **Creative Ideation & Management:** Collaborate with copywriters and senior media buyers to ideate and launch effective direct response video ads that drive ROAS.
* **Media Buying Strategy:** Work with the Senior Media Buyer to strategize quarterly, monthly, and annual media buying plans for all clients within the team.
* **Financial Performance:** Ensure the team maintains a 65% gross profit margin and achieves a 2x payroll ratio before bonuses.
* **New Funnel Development:** Build out one new sales funnel per quarter for either a new or existing client. This includes developing the overall strategy, big idea, product, and pricing strategy. Ensure all marketing technology is correctly set up, and sequences are built for various stages of the contact lifecycle, measuring and analyzing performance for refinement.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Minimum 3 years of experience in the info product or consulting niche.
* Proven track record for scaling consulting or information businesses.
* Experience managing advertising budgets on social media platforms in excess of $50,000 per month.
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
* Experience developing a holistic digital growth strategy with a deep understanding of organic and paid revenue sources.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience with email marketing.
* Experience managing Google/YouTube advertising budgets.
* Agency experience and/or experience in a client-facing role.
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Location & Work Setup

This position is fully remote. Offices are also available in New Jersey and Florida for those who prefer an in-person work environment.
