Role Overview / Mission

This role supports the strategy and execution of digital experiences across company websites and client microsites. The primary goal is to drive member engagement and enhance brand visibility. You will provide hands-on support for web content updates, A/B testing, and project execution across Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), User Experience (UX), social media SEO, and technical optimization efforts. This position is part of the 10-member Growth Marketing team and reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and update web pages using WordPress, ensuring adherence to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and mobile responsiveness.
* Maintain client microsites with accurate, personalized, and business-aligned content.
* Collaborate with internal teams to manage requests and implement website updates and optimizations.
* Enhance web pages, resolve errors, and perform compliance checks.
* Track, analyze, and report on web performance using analytics tools.
* Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to support conversion rate optimization.
* Apply UX, information architecture, and SEO best practices to improve content discoverability and user engagement.
* Contribute to ongoing CRO efforts, including shaping Calls-to-Action (CTAs), landing pages, and mobile UX.
* Optimize content for search engines and social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube.
* Support content repurposing, monitor user-generated content, and assist with brand awareness initiatives.
* Participate in planning discussions, offering insights on technical feasibility and performance.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* 2–4 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
* Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Asana to manage requests, track tasks, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities, including managing timelines and workflows across multiple cross-functional projects.
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies in web content, metadata, and SEO elements to ensure high-quality, accessible, and optimized outputs.
* Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
* Familiarity with HTML and basic front-end website skills.
* Experience with web analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio.
* Exposure to A/B testing tools and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices.
* Working knowledge of on-page SEO, metadata, link structure, and information architecture.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
* A sense of ownership over your work and its contribution to the company’s success.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Basic knowledge of CSS and JavaScript.
* Experience with A/B testing tools like VWO and/or Optimizely.
* Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or an interest in adapting content for AI-powered and social discovery platforms.
* Familiarity with JSON-LD, schema markup, and structured data for enhanced search engine visibility.
* Google Analytics certification or formal training in web analytics tools.
* Understanding of site speed optimization, Web Core Vitals, and mobile performance.
* Interest or experience in video and social SEO across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit.
* Experience with websites serving multiple audiences or segments (e.g., B2C, B2B, members, agents, clinicians).
* Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
* Knowledge of wireframing tools or basic UX/UI design principles.
* Familiarity with backlink strategies or collaboration with PR/communications teams on content.

Location & Work Setup

This is a remote-first position. Compensation ranges are adjusted based on geographic location.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary target ranges for this full-time position in the United States, plus equity and benefits, are:
* Zone A: $57,750 – $75,080
* Zone B: $63,525 – $82,588
* Zone C: $69,300 – $90,096
* Zone D: $75,075 – $97,604

These ranges reflect the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries based on geographic zones. The starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, including education, training, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, licensure, business needs, internal equity, organizational considerations, and alignment with geographic market data. Compensation structures are tailored to each zone’s market conditions to ensure fair and competitive pay. Your Recruiter can provide details of your geographic alignment upon inquiry.
