Role Overview / Mission
This is a full-time business development role within a growing team, centered on achieving measurable outcomes. The role exists to drive sales and business development, working with blue-chip clients globally to build strong relationships. It focuses on performance, with opportunities for skill development in project management, sales, negotiation, and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate sales-ready leads for performance clients.
* Book meetings for assigned legacy clients.
* Conduct proactive outreach and follow-ups to prospects via phone or customized videos.
* Qualify prospects through needs analysis, budget, and purchase authority (BANT).
* Log interactions and document market feedback and insights in SalesOS.
* Manage and maintain the contact database by enriching data within the CRM (SalesOS).
* Meet weekly and monthly activity and sales targets.
* Provide weekly updates and insights to the CSM / team lead for monthly strategy meetings.
* Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Provide customized recommendations and suggest improvements for better results.
* Attend weekly team meetings and daily huddles.
* Stay up-to-date with cold email outreach trends and implement best practices.
* Continuously improve sales processes and systems to ensure greater sales results.
Required Qualifications / Skills

* Persistent self-starter.
* Confident communicator.
* Results-oriented mentality.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Willingness to accept constructive criticism and feedback to improve sales performance.
* Native speaker or fluent in English.
* Experience is not mandatory; training will be provided for those with the right mindset and attitude.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Consulting role.
