Role Overview / Mission

This role exists to scale brand visibility and lead generation by amplifying organic content through strategic, data-driven paid campaigns and managing audience engagement across platforms. It combines paid media strategy, creative execution, and community management to convert attention into measurable growth. Success will be measured by maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL), achieving a 2x or higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) on boosted campaigns, a 90% or higher response rate to direct messages and comments within 24 hours, and consistent month-over-month growth in qualified lead volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Google.
  • Boost top-performing organic content to expand reach and engagement.
  • Manage a monthly ad spend budget of $3,000-$5,000, with accountability for return on investment.
  • Retarget warm audiences, such as video viewers, site visitors, and previous engagers, and build lookalike segments.
  • Develop variations of ad creative, focusing on strong hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages; initiate ManyChat automations.
  • Qualify leads and manage follow-ups using GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows.
  • Track and report on key metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and engagement rates on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Content Operations Manager to align campaigns with product launches, lead magnets, and live events.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • 3+ years of experience managing ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and/or YouTube.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and generating high-quality leads.
  • In-depth understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and ad funnel optimization.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling hooks and calls-to-action.
  • Practical experience with ManyChat and conversational lead funnels.
  • Proficiency in GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems.
  • Highly analytical, proactive approach, with comfort in taking full ownership of results.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours and communicate fluently in English.

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible setup. Candidates must be able to work U.S. hours.
