Role Overview / Mission

This role serves as the primary strategic partner for multiple brands, focusing on developing and executing retention strategies across various marketing channels to enhance customer lifetime value and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main strategic point of contact for 15+ retained brands.
  • Lead client calls, unpack business goals, and translate them into actionable retention roadmaps.
  • Guide ongoing planning across email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives, focusing on customer lifetime value, engagement, and long-term retention health.
  • Partner closely with copywriters, designers, and project managers to deliver strategy through high-performing campaigns and flows.
  • Review final creative for strategic alignment, accuracy, and brand voice consistency.
  • Maintain visibility and accountability across projects using Asana and Slack.
  • Analyze performance across flows and campaigns to identify trends, test opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ideate and oversee A/B tests, covering segmentation, creative, timing, and offer structure.
  • Turn performance data into actionable insights that elevate results month over month.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • 2+ years in Project/Account Management, Client Success, or Retention Strategy within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)/ecommerce agency.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, Shopify’s integration with Klaviyo, current DTC tech stacks, and modern retention marketing practices.
  • Ability to lead strategy calls, manage deliverables, and provide clear direction.
  • Experience using data to inform strategy, improve engagement, and drive measurable impact.
  • Deep experience with SMS, loyalty, subscription programs, and other third-party retention platforms.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Figma, and Slack in a professional environment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Interest in AI and tools that enhance strategic and creative efficiency.

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time, remote-only position, allowing work from any location with a flexible schedule.
