Role Overview / Mission

As Campaign Manager, you will manage Kyra’s creator campaigns from beginning to end. This role involves overseeing campaign delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high creative standard. You will provide structure and solutions throughout the campaign lifecycle, from briefing creators to reporting results to clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day influencer marketing campaigns for various brands.
* Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
* Serve as the primary contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.
* Build client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
* Anticipate client needs to ensure campaign goals are met.
* Source, brief, and manage creators throughout campaigns.
* Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, cultural context, and campaign objectives.
* Track campaign performance using Kyra’s platform and analytics tools.
* Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign/project management.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
* Effective communicator capable of managing various stakeholders.
* Understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and digital marketing.
* Interest in the creator economy and emerging cultural trends.
* Proactive problem-solver who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to high standards.

Location & Work Setup
