Role Overview / Mission

This role exists to execute Juniper Square’s field marketing strategy. The Field Marketing Associate will primarily focus on planning and managing hosted events and coordinating joint marketing initiatives with channel partners, aiming to build relationships and generate leads to strengthen our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute small to medium-sized hosted events, including executive dinners, experiential events, roundtables, and lunch-and-learns.
* Manage all event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, speaker coordination, audio/visual setup, and attendee registration.
* Develop and manage pre- and post-event communication strategies to maximize attendance and ensure lead follow-up.
* Provide marketing materials to channel partners for co-branded events.
* Monitor and report on event performance, including attendance, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
* Work with sales and channel partners to ensure event alignment with business goals.
* Represent the company at events, communicating our value and building relationships with attendees and partners.
* Capture leads and customer insights, ensuring accurate entry into CRM systems like Marketo and Salesforce.
* Coordinate with sales teams for lead handoff and follow-up.
* Track expenses for hosted and partner events to support budget management.
* Maintain the event calendar for all marketing activities.
* Generate event reports detailing activities, outcomes, and return on investment.
* Manage inventory of event materials and promotional items.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on event, field, or channel marketing.
* Proven ability to plan and execute small-scale hosted events.
* Experience working with external partners, particularly in a channel marketing or partner-facing capacity.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo.
* Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
* Capable of performing physical event support tasks, including lifting and carrying materials up to 25 lbs.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience with Asana and Splash.

Location & Work Setup

This position is remote. Juniper Square supports remote work across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. Physical offices are available in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai, and Bangalore for employees who prefer on-site work.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role in the U.S. and Canada is $71,000 – $90,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
