Role Overview / Mission
This role is for an Ads Manager to lead and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns, primarily for clients in the mortgage, real estate, and lending sectors. The core mission is to manage and improve paid advertising across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, as well as execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring clear communication of strategies and performance to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
- Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max
- Meta Ads: Retargeting, Custom & Lookalike Audiences, Conversion Optimization
- TikTok, LinkedIn, X Ads: Full-funnel campaign management and creative optimization
- Build and execute email nurturing campaigns using Go High Level or Instantly.
- Manage and improve lead flow quality and conversion tracking across all channels.
- Develop and maintain retargeting strategies and advanced audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on ad copy, visuals, and funnel design.
- Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and prepare detailed reports.
- Communicate clearly and proactively about campaign performance, strategy shifts, and results.
- Create webhooks, integrate, map, and connect client CRMs (e.g., SalesForce, Hubspot, Zoho, PipeDrive, GoHigh Level) to ad platforms.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Proven experience managing paid ads for mortgage, real estate, or lending clients.
- Advanced understanding of retargeting, custom/lookalike audiences, and attribution.
- Expertise in Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Strong data analysis and optimization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think strategically.
- Must be able to demonstrate expertise via results, dashboards, or campaign walkthroughs.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with email tools such as Go High Level and Instantly.
- Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Location & Work Setup
This is a remote, full-time position.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $1,000 per month (starting from $12,000 per year).
- Bonus: 2.5% management fee from total monthly client retainers.
- Equity: Exit equity in the company.
