Role Overview / Mission

This role exists to own the growth engine for the world’s first AI-powered operating system for short-term rentals. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive global adoption, lead experiments across channels, and position Base360.ai as the platform of choice for property operators and hospitality innovators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists using automation.
  • Launch and optimize outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.
  • Design, test, and refine conversion-optimized funnels and landing pages.
  • Experiment with messaging and visuals to drive engagement.
  • Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Build visibility and credibility within short-term rental (STR) and SaaS communities.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO, webinars, and content strategies.
  • Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to improve activation and retention.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine onboarding and reduce churn.
  • Track and report on key metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Conduct weekly experiments, scaling successful approaches and discontinuing ineffective ones.
  • Translate data insights into actionable growth decisions.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • 1–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or SaaS marketing.
  • Proven track record of running paid campaigns, outreach, and automation workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to take creative risks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality technology.
