Role Overview / Mission

This Entry-Level Freelance Marketing Assistant role supports our marketing department by contributing to campaign execution, research, content management, and administrative tasks. The aim is to help individuals launch their marketing careers and gain practical experience with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms.
* Conduct market research to identify new marketing trends and opportunities.
* Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, including email marketing and campaign tracking.
* Help organize and manage digital files, promotional materials, and marketing reports.
* Engage with audiences online, monitor social channels, and provide customer support when required.
* Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies.
* Coordinate with freelancers and vendors for marketing material production.
* Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
* Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
* Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, or similar platforms.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a marketing career.
* Ability to follow instructions and bring creativity to assigned tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* No prior full-time experience is required.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Internship experience in marketing, communications, or social media.
* Portfolio or examples of previous social media or content creation work.
* Creative thinking with an eye for engaging content.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, content writing, or email marketing tools.

Location & Work Setup

This is a 100% remote, freelance-based position. You can work from anywhere in the world and from any time zone, in an asynchronous work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a part-time freelance role, starting at 10–20 hours per week, with potential for more based on performance and project needs.
