Role Overview / Mission
This role exists to manage and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns for clients, primarily within the mortgage, real estate, and lending industries. The Ads Manager will be responsible for overseeing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, in addition to executing email marketing campaigns. Success in this position requires advanced understanding of ad platforms, strong analytical abilities, and clear communication skills to articulate strategies, report on performance, and collaborate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads (retargeting, custom and lookalike audiences, conversion optimization), TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (full-funnel campaign management and creative optimization).
- Build and execute email nurturing campaigns using Go High Level or Instantly.
- Manage and improve lead quality and conversion tracking across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain retargeting strategies and advanced audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on ad copy, visuals, and marketing funnel design.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide clear and proactive communication regarding campaign performance, strategy adjustments, and outcomes.
- Set up webhooks, integrate, map, and connect client CRMs (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, PipeDrive, GoHigh Level) with various ad platforms.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns for clients in the mortgage, real estate, or lending industries.
- Advanced understanding of retargeting strategies, custom and lookalike audiences, and attribution models.
- Expertise in Google Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Strong skills in data analysis and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines, and apply strategic thinking.
- Capability to demonstrate expertise through campaign results, dashboards, or walkthroughs.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads platforms.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Go High Level or Instantly.
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Location & Work Setup
This is a full-time, remote position.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation package includes a base salary of $1,000 per month, equivalent to $12,000 per year. Additionally, there is a performance-based bonus of 2.5% management fee from total monthly client retainers. The role also offers exit equity in the company.
