Role Overview / Mission
This Remote Entry-Level Marketing Associate position provides hands-on experience across marketing functions, including strategy, content creation, performance analytics, and client communication. You will work with experienced professionals, receive structured training, and contribute directly to campaigns for high-profile brands in a supportive environment where curiosity and new ideas are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior marketers in designing, scheduling, and launching digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search, and display networks.
- Participate in virtual calls, schedule appointments, and support account managers in delivering updates and performance reports to clients.
- Draft copy, create basic graphics, and curate multimedia assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare weekly dashboards, and help interpret results to inform optimization strategies.
- Rotate through Sales, Business Development, and Marketing departments to gain a holistic view of the business and develop versatile skills.
- Conduct competitor analyses, monitor industry trends, and summarize insights for strategic brainstorming sessions.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, nurture leads through email sequences, and contribute to community management on social platforms.
- Attend internal webinars, complete external certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound), and share knowledge with peers.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; comfort presenting ideas to internal teams and external clients.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite), basic HTML/CSS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and articulate actionable recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working in collaborative settings (academic projects, internships, sports teams, or community organizations).
- A genuine desire to deliver outstanding service and exceed client expectations.
- Creativity and innovation to generate fresh ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
- Previous remote work or virtual internship experience.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint.
