Role Overview / Mission
The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for executing Dexcom’s patient-facing digital marketing strategy, primarily for web and email, within the North America Digital Experience team. This role involves close collaboration with internal Product Marketing, Creative, and IT teams, as well as external agency partners, to deliver a high-quality digital experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead website projects, including site redesigns and user experience (UX) improvements, from initial ideation through execution.
* Support email and other digital communications projects.
* Execute patient-facing digital marketing strategies for G-Series products within North America.
* Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, and IT web development teams on new web UX and content improvements.
* Coordinate and prioritize digital project tasks using Asana.
* Participate in daily standups and weekly meetings with IT teams.
* Work with Data Science and agency partners to generate digital marketing performance reports.
* Analyze digital marketing analytics data for web and email to identify performance improvements.
* Develop testing hypotheses and implement A/B testing for web and email content.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 5 – 8 years of related experience.
* Proficiency with web Content Management System (CMS) tools such as WordPress or headless CMS platforms (e.g., Amplience, Contentful, Storyblok), and webform tools like Jotform.
* Experience using website analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager) and A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely).
* Familiarity with email marketing tools and processes, including platforms like Marketing Cloud.
* Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, making timely decisions, and partnering cross-functionally to drive growth through content marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to learn quickly, work independently with minimal direction, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience using IT Agile processes.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Marketo.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
* Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with the ability to build trust, credibility, and influence outcomes at all organizational levels.
* Adept at leading content strategy discussions.
Location & Work Setup
This is a remote position where you will work from a home office. You are not required to live within commuting distance (typically 75 miles/120km) of a Dexcom site. If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site, a hybrid working environment may be available. Information on a flexible workplace option is available upon inquiry. Travel required is 0-5%.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $82,900.00 – $138,100.00.
