Role Overview / Mission

This role exists to plan, execute, optimize, and report on digital marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, and leads for healthcare professionals and patients. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee daily digital activities, marketing automation, social media, and analytics to ensure compliant digital execution across all platforms. This position is central to developing digital engagement strategies, using analytics to improve campaign efficiency and customer experience, and connecting patients and physicians with incisionless brain surgery solutions. There is potential for growth into broader digital strategy and leadership as the company’s marketing needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, manage, and measure digital marketing campaigns supporting B2B (physician/HCP) and direct-to-patient initiatives.
* Coordinate digital assets and content development across channels including website, social media, email, and paid media.
* Execute outbound communications and nurture workflows through marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Manage lead flow, database integrity, and campaign tracking from initial engagement through conversion.
* Develop and maintain campaign dashboards, analyzing metrics such as traffic, conversion, and engagement to inform optimization.
* Manage company social media presence, including scheduling, publishing, and performance reporting on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
* Support development of newsletters, webinars, and educational content in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors.
* Establish and maintain a digital content calendar aligned with the broader marketing calendar.
* Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop and optimize paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.), maximizing reach and ROI.
* Serve as primary point of contact for marketing automation and CRM tools used in digital campaigns.
* Partner with external agencies, media vendors, and IT to support campaign deployment, web updates, and analytics reporting.
* Oversee digital marketing budget administration, including purchase orders and vendor invoices.
* Analyze campaign and funnel performance and recommend data-driven improvements to increase pipeline generation, identify drop-off points, re-engage inactive prospects, optimize nurturing workflows, and drive higher engagement, conversion, and ROI.
* Define key digital KPIs and manage performance reporting across all digital channels.
* Explore new digital marketing tools, AI-based optimization platforms, and automation enhancements to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency.
* Maintain campaign documentation and ensure all activities are recorded in required project management and CRM tools.
* Partner with Corporate Marketing Communications, Regional Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to align messaging and campaigns, optimize lead nurturing, and improve the quality and conversion of marketing-generated leads.
* Contribute to cross-functional marketing planning and support alignment with global initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with global marketing colleagues to share best practices, ensure message consistency, and contribute to the evolution of Insightec’s digital marketing playbook.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing execution and campaign management.
* Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meltwater), basic web CMS systems (e.g., WordPress), and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional presentation and business writing.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Healthcare or medical-device industry experience.

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time, remote position within the US. Insightec operates globally with teams in Israel (Haifa, K. Ono), Miami, Dallas, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Europe.
