Role Overview / Mission

This role exists to design and refresh marketing assets, manage select marketing operations, and support various e-commerce lifestyle and beauty brands. The ideal candidate will combine creative design skills with an understanding of e-commerce ad performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design static, GIF, and short-form video advertisements for Meta campaigns.
  • Refresh creative content on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain and organize creative assets in Figma or Google Drive.
  • Draft short ad copy or captions as required.
  • Assist with uploading and organizing advertisements within Meta Ads Manager.
  • Update product images, tags, or basic page content on Shopify.
  • Schedule or quality assurance review Klaviyo email campaigns using existing templates.
  • Repurpose content for use across Meta, email, and organic channels.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Strong creative design sense with an understanding of premium aesthetics.
  • Experience in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brand marketing.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Basic understanding of Shopify and Klaviyo platforms.
  • Skilled in using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Consistent and reliable communication, with a focus on timely task delivery.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Ads.
  • Experience with TikTok content editing.
  • Basic understanding of analytics.

Location & Work Setup

This is a contract position on a month-to-month basis. The role offers potential for long-term or full-time engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is $1,200 per month. The expected commitment is approximately 20–25 hours per month. This role provides an opportunity for progression into a long-term or full-time position.
