Role Overview / Mission

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Operations Specialist to improve the efficiency and output of our creative team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing creative workflows, managing resources, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality creative assets across multiple languages and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement efficient creative workflows and processes to maximize productivity and ensure timely delivery of projects for paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
* Collaborate closely with paid channels teams to understand their creative needs and translate them into actionable plans.
* Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline creative workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and reduced manual effort.
* Maintain and manage our digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are properly organized, tagged, and accessible.
* Implement and refine quality control processes to ensure all creative output meets brand standards and project requirements.
* Establish and maintain creative best practices for paid channels, focusing on both the volume and quality of creatives to optimize platform algorithms.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Significant experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role within a fast-paced creative environment.
* Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline creative workflows and processes.
* Proven ability to manage creative operations in a multi-language and multi-product environment.
* Strong understanding of the creative development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Prior B2B experience in a similar role.

Location & Work Setup

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. We welcome applications from all locations; however, we may prioritize applications from certain locations to encourage team diversification.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is $39,100 to $110,000 USD annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, considering geographic pay differentials to remain competitive across various markets globally. The actual base pay for the successful candidate will depend on factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
