Role Overview / Mission
The Remote Sales and Marketing Representative connects with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services. This role focuses on building and maintaining a client base using provided leads, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding professional standards.

Required Qualifications / Skills
* Ability to obtain the required insurance license (training will be provided).
* No previous experience necessary; this is an entry-level role.
* Self-motivated and driven.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Client-focused approach with a talent for building strong relationships.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client support.
