Role Overview / Mission

This Entry-Level Freelance Marketing Assistant role is for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation. The mission is to support our marketing department with campaign execution, research, content management, and administrative tasks, helping self-starters launch their marketing careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify new marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, including email marketing and campaign tracking.
  • Help organize and manage digital files, promotional materials, and marketing reports.
  • Engage with audiences online, monitor social channels, and provide customer support when required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies.
  • Coordinate with freelancers and vendors for marketing material production.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • No prior full-time experience required; this is an entry-level opportunity.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a marketing career.
  • Ability to follow instructions while also bringing creativity to assigned tasks.
  • Eagerness to build a career in digital marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Location & Work Setup

This is a 100% remote, freelance-based position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. The work environment is asynchronous, offering a flexible schedule based on your availability. Starting hours are part-time freelance (10–20 hours per week), with the potential for more based on performance and project needs.
