Role Overview / Mission
We are seeking a Full-time Email Marketing Specialist. This role exists to develop and implement email marketing campaigns designed to drive engagement and conversion, contributing significantly to our overall marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Create content and design for email newsletters and promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for improved results.
- Segment and target email lists to deliver personalized messages to different audience groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing goals.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Location & Work Setup
This is a remote position. The successful candidate can work from anywhere within the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
