Role Overview / Mission

This role is for a Content Coordinator Specialist who will support various aspects of content lifecycle management, from creation and localization to testing and distribution, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to content audits.
  • Support global activity and maintain customer reference databases.
  • Operate within established content management processes and systems.
  • Coordinate creative activities.
  • Assist with editing, proofreading, and improving content quality.
  • Work on content localization, translation, and adaptation efforts.
  • Test specific content for operational effectiveness and report defects.
  • Upload content to repositories and distribute it to cross-functional teams and regions.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within the organization and across functions.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to share knowledge, collaborate, and advance content best practices.
  • Identify and provide input to key stakeholders across various teams, regions, and countries.
  • Help ensure alignment in cross-functional priorities.
  • Work with external agencies as needed.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Basic working knowledge of content management principles and methods.
  • Understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work effectively.
  • Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience and judgment.
  • Capacity to maintain high quality in personal work and contribute to team quality, adhering to guidelines and policies.
  • Clear communication skills, able to explain complex information in a straightforward manner.
  • Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members.

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time, 100% remote position.
