Role Overview / Mission

The Travel and Marketing Coordinator helps clients plan their trips and assists in marketing efforts to engage new and existing customers. This role is key to planning travel itineraries and supporting marketing initiatives to promote destinations and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for individual and group clients, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
* Work with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide tailored travel solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages, destinations, and services through various channels.
* Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and online content.
* Assist in managing social media accounts and generating content to promote company services and destinations.
* Handle client inquiries, offer solutions, and follow up on bookings.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with online booking systems.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Interest in travel and client trip planning.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule. Work is remote (work from home).
