Role Overview / Mission
As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain client relationships, serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. Your role ensures the execution of digital marketing campaigns that align with client objectives, translating their goals into strategies across SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams, covering SEO, paid advertising, social media management, chat, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to clients across SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Executive Director, SEO specialists, paid advertising experts, social media managers, and content writers, to ensure client success.
- Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives and return on investment.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- 1+ year of experience in account management or client service, ideally within a marketing agency or digital marketing company.
- Proven success in upselling and retaining client accounts.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and an eye for budget constraints.
- Desire to master new tools and technologies within digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
- Ability to work independently and with a strong work ethic.
Location & Work Setup
This is a full-time remote position. Creekmore Marketing is based in Lexington, KY.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $44,000 – $54,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, education, and experience. The compensation package includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, bi-annual performance-based bonuses, and opportunities to earn monthly commission.
