Role Overview / Mission
The Electricity Forum is seeking experienced advertising sales representatives. This role involves generating new sales and managing an existing client base for online advertising products. The products include Digital Advertising, Website Banner Advertising, Buyer’s Guide Listings, E-Broadcast Advertising, Online Video/Product Showcase Advertising, Electrical Job Postings, and E-Commerce Store Front solutions. We are building a team of online advertising sales experts with a track record in new sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call 30-40 companies daily.
- Verify and update client contact information in the CRM.
- Qualify client marketing needs.
- Book Zoom appointments for ad sales representatives.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Manage digital advertising materials.
- Consult with the sales department and management to improve outreach methods.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Ability to develop leads and make at least 40 cold calls per day.
- Experience with high-volume cold calling (leads are provided).
- Highly skilled communicator with the ability to interact effectively with potential clients.
- Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications.
- Ability to meet sales goals in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- 2+ years of digital media sales experience.
- Solid telephone and email communication skills.
- Interest in business development and client relations.
- Comfortable with cold calling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident presentation skills (phone, Zoom, or writing).
- Solid organization and time management skills with an ability to prioritize projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Location & Work Setup
This position is available as full-time, contract, or permanent. Work is fully remote.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual pay range is $46,913.00 – $57,338.00. An attractive commission rate structure is offered.
