Role Overview / Mission
This role exists to connect U.S. consumer brands in industries such as Financial Services and Home Improvement with potential customers by handling inbound leads and converting interest into appointments or enrollments. The mission is to drive brand growth through effective sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for U.S. consumer brands.
* Manage inbound leads, engaging with warm prospects rather than conducting cold outreach.
* Convert customer interest into bookings, appointments, or enrollments.
* Take ownership of individual performance, utilizing real-time coaching for rapid improvement.
* Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.

Location & Work Setup
This is a 100% remote position. Convertros has been remote since its inception, allowing team members to work from anywhere globally. Collaboration occurs with teammates worldwide.
