Role Overview / Mission

This part-time, remote role exists to build, optimize, and scale email campaigns. There is potential for this position to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and launch email campaigns and newsletters.
* Build and optimize email templates, subject lines, and calls to action.
* Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates, suggesting improvements.
* Collaborate with content creators and analysts to drive campaign results.
* Segment audience lists and personalize campaigns for increased engagement.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Five or more years of experience in email marketing.
* Proficiency with advanced email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Strong understanding of list segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability best practices.
* An analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting performance metrics.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience in the finance, investing, or publishing industries.

Location & Work Setup

This is a fully remote, part-time position offering flexible hours. There is potential for this role to transition to full-time in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation includes a competitive base salary and participation in a profit-sharing pool. The role also provides generous paid time off and sick leave.
