Role Overview / Mission

This entry-level remote role focuses on providing customer care and technical assistance for our cloud-based messaging platform and our email and digital marketing application. As the primary point of contact, you will guide users to strengthen customer relationships and manage marketing campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support.
  • Provide support for CRM and Email & Digital Marketing platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to account access, email design, delivery, contact management, and automation tools.
  • Guide customers in effectively using tools to build relationships and manage campaigns.
  • Communicate solutions clearly and patiently to non-technical users.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience working with a SaaS platform.
  • Background in Email and Digital Marketing.
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of programming or markup languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, C++).
  • Strong problem-solving, technical aptitude, and customer service skills.
  • A reliable computer with at least an i5 processor and a stable high-speed internet connection.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Flexibility with work schedule.

Location & Work Setup

This is a fully remote position.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $80,000.
