Role Overview / Mission
This role exists to shape the company’s digital presence and advance its marketing strategy. The Digital Content Marketing Specialist will lead efforts to engage and inspire the audience across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital marketing content, including copywriting, scriptwriting, video, and graphics editing.
* Create short- and long-form video content, including promotional clips, customer testimonials, explainer videos, and trending social formats (reels, shorts, stories).
* Design, curate, and publish engaging posts across social media channels, including graphics, copy, and short-form video content.
* Engage with the audience on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* 3-5 years of experience in content development.
* College degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proficiency in generative AI platforms for content creation, with the ability to edit for authenticity, tone, and originality.
* Knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and current trends.
* Strong understanding of persona-based marketing, targeting, and segmentation.
* Excellent active listening and written communication skills, with the ability to influence through writing.
* Takes initiative to stay ahead of project timelines, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.
* Ability to optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and user engagement.
Location & Work Setup
* Location: Philippines (100% Work from home)
* Work Set-up: Independent Contracting Position, Full Time
* Work Schedule: Night Shift – Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
* Start Date: Immediate
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive monthly fee (in Philippine pesos). Negotiable based on experience.
