Role Overview / Mission
This Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant role supports a growing team, aiming to effectively reach the target audience through various online campaigns. The role involves assisting with social media management, content creation, email marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Create content for social media platforms, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools, providing improvement recommendations.
- Support SEO strategies, including keyword research and content optimization.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including copy creation, automation setup, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ideas for promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain and update digital assets to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, social media schedulers).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail for performance tracking.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns.
- Previous remote work experience.
- Ability to adapt to new digital tools and marketing technologies.
