Role Overview / Mission
Client Accelerators is seeking a Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Manager to research, strategize, and run ad campaigns, primarily on YouTube, with the goal of increasing monthly ad spend from $3 Million to $5 Million this year. This role involves collaborating within a dedicated team of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan client campaigns, forecast targets, develop creative, and execute ad launches to achieve quarterly goals.
Key Responsibilities
* **Media Buying**: Manage daily ad budgets of $50,000 – $75,000 on YouTube, and execute campaigns across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search, and Google Display, with the ability to scale winning campaigns significantly.
* **Forecasting**: Develop and create different scenarios to meet client targets, which includes mapping current ad metrics, conversion rates, and improving forecasts by optimizing CPC and conversion rates.
* **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. All decisions are based on data analysis.
* **Funnel Strategy**: Identify areas in client sales funnels that are not meeting industry benchmarks to improve conversion rates and revenue generation with existing traffic.
* **Creative Strategy**: Work with the creative team to develop new angles, big ideas, and drive the overall creative strategy for client campaigns, recognizing the importance of creative for scaling paid traffic.
* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas to differentiate client efforts.
* **Competitor Research**: Research successful strategies within specific niches to inform and inspire ad and funnel development, rather than relying on untested approaches.
* **Expected Results**:
* Achieve 80% of projected quarterly bonus compensation from the client roster.
* Ensure 75% of all clients hit their quarterly profit goals.
* Achieve 100% of projected quarterly ad budgets.
* Maintain a ‘B+’ rating or higher during quarterly performance reviews.
* **Communication Expectations**:
* Utilize Slack for client communications.
* Practice over-communication, providing thorough context.
* Respond promptly to communications, or provide context for any delays.
* Participate in weekly full team meetings.
* Attend daily stand-ups with pod leads.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* 1+ years of direct response marketing experience.
* Ability to take initiative and work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Intellectual curiosity, with a drive to investigate and understand “what, why, and how.”
* Tenacious and persistent in achieving tasks, projects, and overall job objectives.
* Resilient, with the ability to recover from setbacks and continue towards goals.
* Highly analytical and data-driven; decisions must be guided by data without over-analysis.
* Detail-oriented.
* Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* **Within the first two to four months, successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to**:
* Seamlessly build ad account structures aligned with Client Accelerators’ best practices, including logical reasoning, naming conventions, and strategies for testing and scaling.
* Problem-solve and overcome common account issues.
* Confidently scale and optimize ad accounts in line with client needs.
* Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and new advertising campaigns based on past performance.
* Understand and apply company-wide account learnings to their own ad accounts.
* Take full ownership of 5-7 client ad accounts.
* Demonstrate competency in using Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting to provide actionable insights.
* Manage a full client roster (5-7 clients), build strong client relationships, maintain daily communication, and meet monthly KPI goals related to ROAS and spend.
* Collaborate with other team members on optimization techniques and scaling strategies, showing a willingness to learn and work cooperatively.
Location & Work Setup
This is a fully remote position. For those who prefer in-person work, office locations are available in New Jersey, Georgia, and Florida.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE).
