Role Overview / Mission

This role exists to support both customer success and sales operations. It focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and renewals, and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships by providing ongoing support, best practices, insights, and product knowledge to customers.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Ensure a high level of customer renewals.
  • Develop strong product expertise and provide training and ongoing support as required.
  • Provide feedback and advocate on customer pain points to internal teams.
  • Organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Support the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct attainment planning through effective goal setting, design sales incentives to drive business objectives, and perform territory analysis and definition for maximum sales effectiveness.
  • Provide pricing and contract support by developing high-quality and competitive proposals for the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to inform strategic and tactical business decisions, and ensure accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensure Sales process adoption and compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Sales Support role, preferably within the Consulting or Hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated resilience.
  • Strong attention to detail, consistently delivering high-standard work.
