Role Overview / Mission
This freelance role seeks experienced Snowflake professionals to support enterprise-level data projects. The position involves working directly with clients to build scalable data solutions and optimize performance on modern cloud data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable data solutions on the Snowflake platform
* Optimize queries, models, and pipelines for performance and cost efficiency
* Collaborate with client teams to define requirements and provide technical guidance
* Integrate Snowflake with ecosystem tools such as DBT, Airflow, Fivetran, Python, and AWS services
* Support ongoing improvements and best practices across architecture, governance, and automation
Required Qualifications / Skills
* 7+ years in data engineering, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Snowflake
* Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, query tuning, and workload optimization
* Practical experience with modern data stack tools (DBT, Airflow, Fivetran, Python, AWS)
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with enterprise clients
* Willingness to work 6–8 hours per day
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Certification in Snowflake
