Role Overview / Mission

This role exists to drive global adoption and establish Base360.ai as the leading platform for property operators and hospitality innovators. The Growth Marketing Manager will build and own the company’s growth strategy, leading experiments across various channels to achieve significant market momentum.

Key Responsibilities

* Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists using automation.
* Launch and optimize outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.
* Design, test, and refine conversion funnels and landing pages, experimenting with messaging, calls to action, and visuals.
* Scale paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
* Increase visibility and credibility within short-term rental (STR) and SaaS communities.
* Drive organic growth through SEO, webinars, and content strategies.
* Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to improve activation and retention.
* Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance onboarding and reduce churn.
* Track and report on key metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and Return on Investment (ROI).
* Conduct regular experiments, prioritizing effective strategies and discontinuing underperforming ones.
* Translate data insights into clear growth decisions.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* 1–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or SaaS marketing.
* Proven track record of managing paid campaigns, outreach programs, and automation workflows.
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply creative solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality technology.
