Role Overview / Mission

The Growth Marketing Manager leads a skilled team of digital marketers and serves as the primary marketing strategist for Client Accelerators’ clients. This role is crucial for driving client business growth by developing and executing comprehensive funnel strategies, media buying, and creative direction. You will work directly with the CEO to strategize new sales funnels, create compelling copy, manage media buying, and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS). You will be responsible for guiding both your team and clients toward successful growth solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a pod of performance marketers, including Media Buyers, Copywriters, Videographers, Business Intelligence specialists, and Account Managers.
  • Hire new team members and oversee their onboarding and training, particularly for Media Buyers, in collaboration with HR.
  • Develop leaders within the pod, delegate tasks effectively, and foster team growth.
  • Be accountable for the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals of your assigned pod.
  • Strategize, develop, and launch new marketing funnels for top clients, including low-ticket straight sale, webinar, and call funnels.
  • Work with the Project Manager to assign tasks and ensure timely funnel launches.
  • Forecast hiring needs for the pod.
  • Implement monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing metric reviews for clients, focusing on campaign performance, lead conversion, customer database growth/quality, and pipeline growth.
  • Monitor pod performance using key indicators and make data-driven adjustments to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and senior media buyers to ideate and launch high-impact direct response video ads that drive ROAS.
  • Work with the Senior Media Buyer to strategize quarterly, monthly, and annual media buying plans for all clients within the pod.
  • Forecast and track quarterly bonuses for all clients in the pod, reporting pacing weekly.
  • Forecast profit, ROAS, booked calls, and overall spend for current and new clients.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to strategize and execute client growth campaigns.
  • Initiate testing of new channels and diversification of ad spend.
  • Ensure timely and efficient optimization based on performance data.
  • Maintain a 65% Gross Profit Margin for the pod, ensuring it maintains 2x payroll before bonus distribution.
  • Ensure all time tracking sheets are submitted weekly by the Project Manager.
  • Serve as the hiring manager for the pod to ensure adequate resources for successful operation.
  • Build out one new sales funnel per quarter for either new or existing clients, developing the overall strategy, core idea, products, and pricing.
  • Ensure all marketing technology is correctly set up and sequences are built for different stages of the contact lifecycle.
  • Measure and analyze funnel performance, refining strategies based on outcomes.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the info product or consulting niche.
  • Proven track record for scaling consulting or information businesses.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets on social media platforms exceeding $50,000 per month.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Experience developing a holistic digital growth strategy with a deep understanding of organic and paid revenue sources.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with email marketing.
  • Experience managing Google or YouTube advertising budgets.
  • Agency experience and/or experience in a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience.

Location & Work Setup

This is a fully remote position. Offices are available in New Jersey and Florida if an in-person work environment is preferred.
