Role Overview / Mission

This full-time Business Development Representative role exists to generate leads, manage inside sales activities, and identify new sales opportunities for Niva Digital. The person in this role will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and qualify potential customers through research and effective questioning techniques.
* Create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
* Develop and manage compelling marketing content, such as website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Build a strong sales pipeline by targeting high-potential accounts.
* Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups to drive client conversions.
* Exceed sales goals, with a focus on upselling and renewals.
* Track performance and provide insights for continuous improvement through reporting and analytics.
* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client transitions and ensure adherence to ethical sales practices.
