Role Overview / Mission

This role is for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, responsible for driving incremental revenue through CRM-driven tactics. The specialist will report to the Marketing Manager, who currently oversees email and SMS, and will collaborate with the CRO. The mission is to scale Aviron by leveraging creative growth tactics, including customer data analysis, automation, and personalized outreach. This involves using CRM and lifecycle insights to customize user journeys, launch targeted campaigns, and test new methods to maximize retention, conversion, and overall business growth via email and SMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the CRM strategy, including the roadmap, prioritization, and campaign execution for email and SMS.
  • Drive measurable growth by monitoring daily channel performance against spend and KPIs, and proactively surfacing insights and opportunities to marketing leadership.
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B and incrementality tests), extract actionable insights, and implement next steps.
  • Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Customer Experience, and Digital Product support teams to ensure alignment and rapid test execution.
  • Complete assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM/Lifecycle or Email Marketing, preferably in a B2C/DTC environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Klaviyo.

Location & Work Setup

Team on-sites occur twice a year at the Toronto office.
