Role Overview / Mission

This Entry-Level Freelance Marketing Assistant role exists to support our marketing department. You will help with campaign execution, market research, content management, and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation, looking to launch their marketing career with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
* Conduct market research to identify new marketing trends and opportunities.
* Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks, including email marketing and campaign tracking.
* Help organize and manage digital files, promotional materials, and marketing reports.
* Engage with online audiences, monitor social channels, and provide customer support as needed.
* Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies.
* Coordinate with freelancers and vendors for marketing material production.
* Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* No prior full-time experience required; this is an entry-level opportunity.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
* Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
* Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, or similar platforms.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a marketing career.
* Ability to follow instructions and bring creativity to assigned tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Willingness to receive feedback and apply it to future work.
* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Internship experience in marketing, communications, or social media.
* Portfolio or examples of previous social media or content creation work.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, content writing, or email marketing tools.

Location & Work Setup

This is a 100% remote, freelance-based position. You can work from anywhere in the world and from any time zone within an asynchronous work environment.
