Role Overview / Mission

This Entry-Level Freelance Marketing Assistant role exists to support our marketing department in campaign execution, research, content management, and administrative tasks. It is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation, serving as an opportunity for self-starters to launch their marketing career with the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms.
* Conduct market research to identify new marketing trends and opportunities.
* Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, including email marketing and campaign tracking.
* Help organize and manage digital files, promotional materials, and marketing reports.
* Engage with audiences online, monitor social channels, and provide customer support when required.
* Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies.
* Coordinate with freelancers and vendors for marketing material production.
* Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* No prior full-time experience required; this is an entry-level opportunity.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
* Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
* Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, or similar platforms.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a marketing career.
* Ability to follow instructions while also bringing creativity to assigned tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Willingness to receive feedback and apply it to future work.
* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment.

* Internship experience in marketing, communications, or social media.

Location & Work Setup

This is a 100% remote, freelance-based position, allowing work from anywhere in the world. The work schedule is flexible and asynchronous, accommodating various time zones. This is a part-time freelance role, starting at 10–20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on performance and project needs.
