Role Overview / Mission

The Marketing Director leads the strategy and execution of all paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts to grow TEA Engine’s subscription revenue. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role focused on strategy, campaign building, and directly impacting monthly recurring revenue growth. This position requires an experienced digital marketer who works with data, builds scalable systems, and converts cold traffic into customers. The Marketing Director will work directly with the founder to develop acquisition, nurture, and conversion funnels, acting as a key strategic partner. This is a full-time, dedicated position.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
* Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently.
* Build and test landing pages using WordPress or GoHighLevel.
* Write and test ad copy, headlines, and creative hooks.
* Coordinate or create short-form video content for ads and testimonials.
* Monitor conversion tracking, including Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
* Report weekly on key performance indicators: leads, cost per lead, booked calls, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
* Manage CRM automations using ActiveCampaign or GoHighLevel.
* Collaborate directly with the founder on creative angles and offers.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Two or more years of experience managing paid acquisition, preferably for SaaS, education, or service businesses.
* Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Proven success driving leads through email and SMS automation.
* Solid understanding of funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, and attribution.
* Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut or Canva.
* Strong copywriting and offer-building skills.
* Comfortable working independently and being held accountable to performance key performance indicators.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience in the dental, medical, or education industries.
* Familiarity with HighLevel CRM, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or Figma.
* Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification.
* Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
* Familiarity with HighLevel CRM automations.
* Basic Canva or Figma design skills.

Location & Work Setup

This is a 100% remote, full-time position with flexible hours.

Compensation & Benefits

* $3,000 per month contractor base.
