Crafted Home is an online luxury furniture brand that creates custom pieces to help individuals elevate and personalize their homes. The company recently launched its website and social media presence and is seeking to expand.
Role Overview / Mission
This role is for a Marketing Manager focused on driving growth through social media marketing and paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Run and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to generate qualified leads.
- Build and execute an email marketing funnel, including welcome emails, abandoned cart sequences, and newsletters.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as leads, conversions, and return on investment.
- Suggest and test new growth strategies, including influencer collaborations, Pinterest ads, and seasonal campaigns.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Specialization in social media marketing and paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
- Genuine interest in growing into a full-time role if the initial contract is successful.
Location & Work Setup
This is a one-month contract position. The expected workload is approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for the one-month contract is a fixed price of $100. If this trial period is successful, a long-term, full-time position with a monthly salary will be discussed.
