Role Overview / Mission

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to partner with clients. This role exists to scope, design, and oversee the delivery of data-driven initiatives that aim to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency. You will use technical knowledge and business understanding to create scalable processes, guide various teams, and deliver measurable impact across marketing and revenue operations. This is an hourly contract position for professionals who seek flexible, high-impact client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project goals, key performance indicators, and success metrics.
* Conduct business and data analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
* Map current processes and design improved workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
* Design and implement data-driven marketing operations frameworks and architectures.
* Identify and recommend technologies and tools that align with client objectives.
* Develop and enforce data management best practices, including governance, security, and compliance.
* Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that convert data into actionable insights.
* Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery as a Delivery Manager.
* Oversee cross-functional teams, including technical project managers and builders, to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
* Monitor progress, manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Mentor and coach team members to improve their marketing and data capabilities.
* Stay current with emerging marketing technology, analytics, and Revenue Operations trends, advocating for the adoption of new tools and best practices.
* Identify ongoing process improvements and opportunities for operational excellence within projects and across the company.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* 10 or more years of Marketing Operations experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
* Proven success collaborating with Revenue Operations teams to design and implement data-driven strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market performance.
* Strong technical foundation in data management, integration, and visualization.
* Proficiency in data modeling and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
* Expertise with Business Intelligence platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or Looker.
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Zoom, and other SaaS ecosystem tools like Drift or Integrate.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate needs, and drive outcomes.
* Experience working cross-functionally with distributed teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Proficiency in analytics programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Java.
