Role Overview / Mission

This role is dedicated to optimizing marketing operations through HubSpot administration, ensuring data integrity, and implementing system improvements. The specialist will act as a HubSpot and data expert, working on both directed projects and self-initiated process enhancements to master marketing technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and optimize the HubSpot platform.
* Ensure data accuracy across contacts, companies, deals, and related objects.
* Conduct ongoing system audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.
* Develop and maintain custom properties, workflows, and reporting structures.
* Execute data cleanup initiatives and implement preventative measures.
* Analyze marketing attribution data and generate performance reports.
* Create reports and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
* Support data-driven decision making with accurate reporting.
* Identify and implement data optimization projects.
* Execute system enhancements and process improvements.
* Streamline marketing operations workflows and procedures.
* Document processes and maintain operational best practices.
* Evaluate and optimize existing marketing technology integrations.
* Partner with other operations teams to ensure consistent data across departments.
* Support other operations teams with marketing-specific data requests and process implementations.
* Collaborate on system integrations and data flow optimization.
* Assist with various marketing requests as needed.
* Manage Zapier automations and integrations.
* Utilize AI tools within HubSpot, Zapier, and other platforms for data enhancement.
* Support the implementation and optimization of new marketing technology tools.
* Maintain Excel-based analysis and reporting as required.

Required Qualifications / Skills

* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Working knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Basic data analysis skills and ability to interpret marketing metrics.
* Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
* Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new marketing technology tools.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
* 1-3 years of experience in an operations, data management, or related role.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* HubSpot experience and/or certifications.
* Previous operations experience in any department.
