Role Overview / Mission
This role seeks a MarTech & Inbound Marketing Specialist to attract, engage, and convert new audiences across Prepr’s programs and initiatives. The primary goal is to build awareness, generate high-quality inbound leads, and optimize the digital journey from initial contact to conversion. The specialist will apply expertise in marketing automation, CRM management, and content strategy to use technology for scaled impact, creating campaigns, nurturing leads, and supporting the mission of connecting learners, employers, and educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to attract and convert prospective learners, employers, and partners.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, email nurture sequences, and CRM integrations to enhance lead engagement and conversion.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic.
- Utilize A/B testing and user journey mapping to improve conversion rates across campaigns and digital assets.
- Support the design and deployment of marketing funnels that promote Prepr programs, events, and initiatives.
- Stay updated on marketing technology trends and recommend new tools or processes to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset to continually refine messaging, targeting, and channel performance.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, inbound marketing, or marketing technology roles.
- Expertise using tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and Apollo.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and keyword research tools.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of HTML/CSS, website content management systems, and landing page builders.
- Knowledge and experience with CMSs like WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity or experience with agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework.
- Experience in a scaling start-up or growing small-business environment.
Location & Work Setup
This is a remote, work-from-home position.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year, based on experience.
